Which program is appropriate for me?
We’d love to help you reach a conclusion by asking questions about your profession, goals, and current understanding of some core concepts. We try to align programs perfectly with your budget, time, and overall needs so you have the best experience possible.
How can I connect you with the decision maker at my company?
Either you or the decision maker may call Diane@SoulPurposeInstitute.com. We’ll be happy to chat. We try to coordinate speaking schedules with your company calendar and design a presentation around your corporate culture.
Can I use this content to train my staff?
Absolutely! We differ from other programs by recording group coaching calls and sending them to you for personal use. You are free to use your workbooks in helping others. There are limitless benefits in training your entire staff under a common operating philosophy.
How will this improve my business and income?
Most agents who complete our course experience a 15%-80% increase in production. How?...By operating under a mindset that allows greater value creation for others. Old dominator sales and business models are no longer effective. People seek to trust those with whom they do business. There is a direct correlation between value created and income received. If we can help you practice better stewardship, business increases via stronger sales, refined relationships, and unique wisdom.

I have reached a plateau in my productivity and sales, what can you do for me?
Plateaus are the perfect point for you to consciously choose your next best step forward. What a great time to reflect on where you’ve been, what you’ve learned, and which path you choose for your ideal future! Our goal is to give you clarity on how to get where you want to be.
Can my business partner(s) attend sessions with me?
We would be honored! We fully promote sharing when our message resonates with others who are important to you. We only offer personal coaching sessions to our primary point of contact but we encourage others to listen to group calls and find the intrinsic message meant to awaken their true life purpose. We always seek to strengthen intra-office relationships. When you win, we win.
Can you do personal coaching with my spouse, kids, etc.?
We may expand our coaching programs to others at a future date. Right now, we are focusing our energy on our primary area of expertise, which happens to be financial service professionals and other closely-related sales and management occupations.
TIME
I am in the middle of a crisis, now isn’t a great time to start coaching.
This is the ideal time to seek coaching. Crises signify an internal deficiency calling for attention. We’d like to help calm your mind, gain clarity on the underlying cause, and help you create a solution. One is always going into, in the middle, or coming out of a crisis. The ego-thinking mind will always tell you, “now is not a good time.” If we can help you progress with the least amount of resistance, grasp the message, and move on to better things, would you be willing to make an investment in yourself?
I am going through a divorce, so now is not a good time.
You wouldn’t believe how our message positively impacts the complicated emotions of a divorce. If we can help you understand the nature of the change on a deeper level, don’t be surprised if you experience a faster, more peaceful separation of energies and have more functional ongoing relationships that result in win-win scenarios.
My schedule is too hectic at the moment, when can I take your next class?
We start a new Mission Driven Advisor course quarterly. Symposiums are offered in the spring and fall. Advanced personal coaching sessions can be arranged at your discretion, at custom rates. We are also working on creation of an entirely automated online course that you take at your discretionary pace.
The truth is, life never really settles down. We tell ourselves that we’ll do “x,” after “y” happens, but something always consumes your time and energy. We help you create more open time where you didn’t think it could exist.
How long does the program last?
Most programs require a one year commitment because change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and persistence to create impactful and lasting habits. We would do you a disservice by offering a speed course without ongoing support.
Group calls are scheduled every two weeks and you proceed through the workbooks at a matched pace. We feel this is more than enough time for you to establish a routine, reflect on content, and incorporate concepts into daily living.
Life can change drastically in a year, so we allow flexibility in content and distribute recorded group calls for review at a later time if you miss a scheduled call.
I live and/or work outside of the US or in another state, is this problematic?
We coach people from all over the world. Other than the time differential, most of our programs can be arranged around your current time zone. Chat with us about possibilities that best fit our mutual schedules.
Our coaching is mostly done via phone and all the materials you need are shipped to you. Most of the course work is completed autonomously so geographical location makes little difference. When Steve speaks you feel like he’s in the room with you. Wisdom has no boundaries.

What do I receive for course materials?
Each program is custom designed to accommodate price points based on materials and our level of involvement in your personal growth. Please review all of our coaching programs for detailed listings of hard-copy and electronic tools.
Why would I ever want or need personal coaching?
Most of brightest leaders in the world utilize a mentor or coach for guidance. Wisdom from others can be one of the most powerful catalysts for exponential growth and learning. We often encounter clients who don’t feel they need coaching but have been placed in contact with us at the recommendation of another. Initial resistance is normal but quickly disappears at the onset of the first “ah-ha” moment.
Everyone who completes the course gains some sort of benefit or insight. We have repeat students and requests for speaking engagements. Our message is broad enough where everyone finds the perfect message meant just for them and it usually finds them at the perfect time.
Many of our students review audio recordings at a later time and hear an entirely new concept that didn’t trigger previous change but now carries a new meaning.
I’ve been doing personal coaching for years with another person.
We love and encourage other coaching! Gleaning wisdom from multiple sources is essential to developing a unique life perspective. By attending other programs you are demonstrating your ability to be coachable and open to wisdom, which are two traits possessed by our best students. How do you differ from other coaching programs?
We promise our program is unique. It contains concepts you may have heard previously but are conveyed in a different context. We differ in the value created for the price and our flexibility of content.
We don’t just cover “outer world” business practices. We understand that most of your obstacles start with unresolved “inner world” obstacles. Your mental state determines the world around you. We promise that this path will be one of the most transformative years of your life.
I can’t seem to get my life/business/relationships working well, how can you help?
It all starts with understanding where you are in the spectrum of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. If we can help you understand the source behind the dysfunction we can help you alleviate unnecessary suffering. Living a charmed life is well within your control, but you must take the initiative to learn and adopt changes that benefit you.
I don’t know how to meditate and/or I’m not comfortable with it, is this problematic?
Not at all! Most new clients don’t meditate for a variety of reasons. It’s only as difficult as you make it. We often see people gain powerful insight from this practice and therefore promote it for a vast array of benefits. We believe this is one of the key functions to reshaping your life, in whichever form you choose. Meditation is not easy…and that’s ok. We gently teach you techniques that can easily be incorporated with your current routine. You are completely in charge of what habits you adopt.
I don’t agree with some of these concepts, but do agree with others.
We encourage you to bring all of your current thoughts to the table. Incorporate what you wish and discard what doesn’t work for you. We’re not asking you to change your belief system. In fact, you’ll find that much of what we discuss is already housed within your world. These philosophies often enhance your current understanding of universal connections. Our intentions are solely to facilitate creation of your best life, which is determined by you.
I’m not sure if I want to make a commitment yet, what is my next step?
A few options are to ask who we may know in common that would chat with you about their personal experience. You may also attend one of our bi-annual symposiums to test the waters without making a year-long commitment. Our online free resources are a great way to evaluate if the content resonates with you. Our Mission Driven Online program is geared to greater self-instruction at a lower level of time and financial commitment.
I know someone who needs your coaching, how can I connect you?
Feel free to pass along their name and phone number or email to Leslie@SoulPurposeInstitute.com. We will gently contact them and ask questions to determine their needs. We prefer that you inform them of our program details or directing them to our website so they understand our intent when calling.
We are a no-pressure entity. Everyone comes to our program at the time that is perfect for them. No spam and no harassment whatsoever. We respect your relationships and appreciate your referrals. It would be a tragedy to have a student who wasn’t a participant by their own free will.
I think your material may be beyond my current level of understanding.
We all need to start somewhere. Clients often come to us without exposure to our philosophies but somehow understand the inherent truth. When guided by intuition and living under a different operating system, they naturally progress through more advanced concepts as they learn. This wisdom is already within you.
How does my religion fit into this material? I think your content may interfere with it.
Our content honors all belief systems. We are not here to judge, convert, or promote any religious agenda. Our guidance simply helps you clarify what works best for you. Our material promotes understanding of the two base emotions – love and fear – associated with human mental processes. Our language is specifically selected so you may place the content within your sacred or secular world, completely at your discretion.
I don’t agree with spiritual hippie stuff…
We don’t agree with all of it either. Today’s world contains endless viewpoints, perspectives, and doctrines. There are simple universal truths that exist because they are demonstrated across the globe. We advocate a broad understanding of the human psyche and hope that you reach the conclusions and practices that best fit your world.
MONEY
How much does your coaching cost?
Price points are designed around your coaching needs and the specific content that will help you in the greatest manner. Programs and speaking costs vary. We encourage you to research each program and decide what is comfortable within your budget. We offer payment plans to accommodate your capabilities.
The real cost is determined by what you are paying now by giving your energy to activities and relationships that aren’t serving your greater purpose.
Do you charge based on my increase in sales?
Never! Increase in production is a direct measure of your increase in value and is entirely yours. You put forth the effort to invest in yourself and should retain the wisdom and associated income.
I don’t have the money for coaching right now but need the course, what are my options?
Payment plans can stretch the cost over a year and we accept credit cards. We also offer free resources online for those seeking empowerment without a financial commitment.
What is your refund policy if I start the course and find it doesn’t resonate with me?
We encourage everyone to work through the first quarter of material before making a final decision. It is completely normal for the ego-thinking mind to create a negative internal dialogue relating to your development. If you find that the content truly does not resonate with you we will discuss refund or change options on a per case and pro-rata basis.
Do you offer group discounts?
Our Symposiums usually offer 10% discounts for multiple attendees or group registrations. Early registrants are also given additional price breaks. Please speak with Steve or Jim regarding individual coaching volume discounts.
What is my next step?
