Transforming from Homo Sapien to Homo Spiritus

The Law of One reminds us that the universe and everything in it, is one thing and that seeming opposites do not really exist as separate entities. Rather, they exist in a oneness that provides balance for each other (much like a teeter-totter is one plank going up and down) for the purpose of experiencing.

Without dark you cannot experience light, without sadness you cannot experience joy, and so on. To revel in the Divinity of Life, death must be an aspect of life, and both are necessary parts of the whole. Thus, all duality seems very real but is, in fact, an illusion.

This applies to the seemingly divergent concepts of creation and evolution. The ego-self sees them as two contradictory views as to the origin of life, when in fact they are one and the same thing.

God’s process of creation is evolution. In every creation story from the world’s great religions, the energy of life flows from the formless unmanifest world and takes form as material substance. This "created form" then goes through a morphing process over time becoming more useful and efficient with every adaptation.

This is true with human beings, cars, computers or any other created object. Each adaptation occurs through a movement of creative consciousness, like the morphing of the Ford Model-T into a Mustang. Again, each permutation was a refined movement of creative evolution.

Through spiritual discipline you literally give God the nod to evolve and transform you from homo sapien into homo spiritus.

Homo spiritus looks like homo sapien but is radically different because he thinks, speaks and behaves at a much higher level of supra-mental power. Homo spiritus has aligned with the goal of becoming enlightened and has consequently awakened higher mind, or that which might be called the spiritual brain.

Homo sapien possesses seven parts to their brain representing seven different movements of creative evolution. Through spiritual discipline, homo spiritus develops the eighth brain, which is non-physical, through which all incoming data is processed. Notice that eight is the sign of infinity, symbolizing the eighth movement of creative evolution, which is infinite.

The major breakthrough to becoming homo spiritus is reaching the step on the Stairway of Selves called Acceptance. Instead of remembering God as an afterthought, at this step you have made God the energy prior to thought.

Homo sapien believes that "I think, therefore I am." Homo spiritus believes, "I am, therefore I think." At this level of advancement every event, whether good or bad, is graciously accepted.

Because the non-physical spiritual brain is a field of energy, homo spiritus often senses the thoughts and feelings of others. While this may appear amazing to the uninitiated, it is merely a consequence of the connection to a field of infinite power that is the source of life itself. Because this life breathes through all people, a higher awareness of the lives of others may result.

These supra-mental powers, or siddhis, include clairvoyance, clairsentience and/or clairaudience. The field itself can be called Christ Consciousness or Buddhahood, which are one and the same. This explains precisely how both Lord Jesus and Lord Buddha performed the so-called miraculous.
