FAQ - The Coherence Collection

  • We meet twice per month for 60 minutes. Between sessions, you’ll move through a structured online curriculum on your own time, which includes guided reflection and application assignments designed to support real-time implementation.

  • The Collective includes a self-paced online course that coincides with the live coaching. It’s available immediately and completed in sequence throughout the four-month experience, anchoring the work between sessions. You will receive a login and password shortly after joining.

  • Sessions are recorded so you can stay current. Participation matters, and most members treat the calls as protected leadership time.

  • The group is intentionally kept small for meaningful discussion and direct coaching.

  • It’s coaching supported by curriculum. The course provides structure and reflection work. The live sessions apply it directly to your leadership decisions.

  • Yes. The focus is leadership behavior, decision-making, and infrastructure — principles that apply across industries.

  • Move through the curriculum between sessions at your own pace and bring what you’re actively navigating. The assignments are designed to integrate directly into your leadership environment.
