We meet twice per month for 60 minutes. Between sessions, you’ll move through a structured online curriculum on your own time, which includes guided reflection and application assignments designed to support real-time implementation.

The Collective includes a self-paced online course that coincides with the live coaching. It’s available immediately and completed in sequence throughout the four-month experience, anchoring the work between sessions. You will receive a login and password shortly after joining.

Sessions are recorded so you can stay current. Participation matters, and most members treat the calls as protected leadership time.
